Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Must be aged 18+ we are an LGBTQIA+ welcoming space
     

  2. Event Conduct: Attendees must respect all participants, event staff, and venue rules. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Southsea Girls reserves to right to remove you from the community groups.
     

  3. Liability: Southsea Girls is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages during the event.
     

  4. Cancellations: Southsea Girls reserves the right to cancel or alter events. Attendees will be notified in advance.
     

  5. Refunds: Due to us being a not-for-profit, and using ticket funds to pre-pay for overheads, events are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. 
     

  6. Photographs: We will often take photos and videos at events for our social media channels, if you do not want to be included in these, please let us know ahead of the event.
