Southsea Girls was launched in January 2024 when a tiny seedling of an idea blossomed into a community that now hosts, on average, 70 events per year for women in Southsea, Portsmouth and the wider Hampshire area.

We rely on a tiny percentage of ticket sales to keep Southsea Girls going, but with venues and suppliers increasing their prices, and us not wanting to make our tickets unaffordable, this margin has become smaller and smaller, meaning it’s becoming a challenge to cover all our costs.

Your donation will help us with:

- Securing bookings with suppliers by having a pot to offer a deposit upfront.
- Covering our running costs, including public liability insurance, website subscriptions and ticketing fees.
- Being able to organise more events in larger capacity venues so more girls can be involved.
