Introducing ‘Girl Dinner’
Our ‘Girl Dinner’ events are the perfect opportunity for you to enjoy amazing food in incredible independent restaurants across the city, whilst also meeting other women in a friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment.
Each month, we choose a different venue to host and enjoy a meal together; think of it as a big family dinner, with flowing conversations, delicious food, and a sense of community.
What to expect
Each month, Southsea Girls organises a dining experience at an independent restaurant in the city, whether it’s a large table booking or exclusive hire of the entire space.
Menus are agreed with the venue, allowing you to pre-order your meal at the time of booking - one less thing to think about on the day!
You can also choose at the time of booking whether you would like to select your own seat on the day, or if you would like to opt in to a table plan - in this instance, we will seat you with other women who are new to the event, and/or who have also opted for seat allocation.

Join us at Arepa 2GO for an unforgettable dining experience filled with Venezuelan flavours.
Choose from Arepas (famous Latin-American gluten-free corn pockets with your choice of filling) or Empanadas (crispy, gluten-free corn turnovers)
Tickets are £20 per person and include your main meal.
Sides and desserts are also available to purchase on the day.

Join us for an Italian ‘Girl Dinner’ at authentic, family-owned restaurant Panormus Pizzeria on Albert Road.
Tickets are £32 and include a choice of starter, main and dessert, and a fabulously organised evening with other likeminded women looking to make new friendships!

The ‘Girl Dinner Diary’
New for summer 2026, we are trialling the ‘Girl Dinner Diary’ - an optional activity that allows you to collect stickers and redeem points for every event that you attend!
Due to this being a new concept, there will be limited diaries available. They will be available to pre-order via our shop and will be first-come, first-served.
